Data Protection Compliance Assessment Form

This questionnaire is being used to assess your organization’s readiness for the data protection regime. The organization is being assessed against Jamaica’s Data Protection Act, 2020.

The assessment concerns the personal data processed by the organization, legal bases for processing personal data, the activities of the organization in relation to the rights of data subjects and the data protection standards.

You are required to answer the questions truthfully as this will enable the approver to adequately assess and make relevant recommendations to the organization. You may add comments where you deem necessary. Upon completion of the assessment, your responses will be submitted to the approver (PLMC) for review.
